As Chief Financial Officer, Mary Jeffries is responsible for Starkey's financial infrastructure offering strategic support to the company at a global level. Prior to being named CFO, she held multiple key executive roles in her time at Starkey, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer.

Mary Jeffries has 30 years of experience leading business transformation initiatives for billion-dollar, multi-national organizations, start-ups, private equity and venture capital firms including C-level leadership roles for name brands like Polaroid Corporation, Weber Shandwick, St. Paul Venture Capital and ZINK Imaging.

Mary Jeffries received her B.A. in business and accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a CPA (inactive).
